We all know someone, or unfortunately experienced it ourselves… back/neck and shoulder pain.  I did mine running late for work (go figure) and tripped up the stairs, the next 6 months of pain were the worst of my life.  Whether it be chronic or acute, a sprain or a strain, a pull or a tear, it would be safe to assume that almost everyone has experienced some degree of muscle or joint pain in their life, it can cause life-altering pain, lasting, days, months or even years. 

Conventional pain-relief medication can seem to leave the real problem untouched and move your body further out of whack. A scary fact, with nearly 50,000 people dying from opioid and heroin pain relievers in 2014 in the USA while in Australia 80% of overdose deaths involve prescription pharmaceuticals. 

When it comes to back pain, it is not easy to pinpoint a clear diagnosis but one can be assured that applying magnesium transdermally (via the skin) could help tremendously and offer hope that you could one day be pain free, or at least have it relieved, feel like you are back to yourself again.
